Left chest pain
Hello sir, 1. Left chest below nipple and above nipple pain in small area. Comes Anr goes pain. 2. Sometimes only left shoulder pain no chest pain. 3. Left upper back pain. 4. Sometimes only finger pain like one or two finger pain 5. Always feeling burning in chest if ear something. 6. Allergy type small red dots in centre of chest. 7. Feeling like nausea and burning in centre of chest. 8. ECG 3 times, echo and tmt (6.30 minutes heart rate 104 percent and negative tmt no chest pain) done a month ago Kindly help reply sir or madam

It could be gastritis>muscular>cardiac Reduce caffeine intake, dinner atleast 2-3 hrs before going to bed
