Most probably it could be salivary stones. Salivary glands are situated between your cheeks. When the mineral content of your salvia is more they usually precipitate to form stones in few cases.

Hi, Nothing to worry it is not a malignant lesion, Actually cause for haemangioma is unknown but most commonly it is seen in infants and it will subside on its own, but it is also seen is middle aged and older adults, it should be treated after proper clinical examination and histological investigation, consult near by Dental Surgeon specialist (OMFS & OMR) your problem will be solved...
