Left back and upper chest and side chest
Hello doctor, I'm getting pinch kind pain in back and side chest and middle chest. Feeling like gastric in stomach. Yesterday I went to clinic doctor gave me rantac injection and Himalaya digestive syrup, and 2 other tablet for gastric. Please suggest.

Pinching type of pain is non cardiac ( can be muscular or a gastric pain)
