Hi, I am having severe left arm and back pain from past 2 weeks. I had used pain relieving sprays and gels but then also the condition is not improving.. I request you to solve my problem...

Reduce the use of your left hand for daily activities by 25-30%. The muscles are feeling overworked and fatigued. Daily activities, holding gadgets, pushing on the same to get up etc.
