Left arm pain for thr last 2 months
My father ( 63 years) has left arm pain for the last 2 months. It is becoming difficult for him to move his arm or lift any object. Which doctor should he consult?

It's likely to be frozen shoulder. If he is diabetic then strict sugar control is necessary.
