Left arm pain and cardiac issue
I am having a left arm pain, and neck pain, whenever i rotate my hands it giving me weird cracking sounds and its hurting alot near biceps area and shoulder pain, and center of back pain, last 4 months back i took all cardiac test such as blood, lipid, xray, ecg's, 2d echo, strss tmt, but still i have pain in left arm and shoulder and mild chest pain, i dont know whether its muscle pain or chest pain daily i am scaring that i have cardiac problem, please suggest me what to do, is this test enoug

If stress echo is normal then it is not cardiac problem, may be shoulder joint problem, show to orthpedician, may need physiotherapy
