  4. Left abdominal cramps. Possible issue!

Left abdominal cramps
Hello doctor, i m 28 years old female. just delivered baby 2 month ago. I have been having on and off lower left cramps and bouts constipation and diarreah since 2 years. Also find muscus in stool at times. just had abdominal ultrasound yesterday which was normal. pls tell me what could be possible issue
