Doctor, I am suffering from lax les hills grade3 , but I am afraid about surgery.doctor can I come back normal through medicines or compulsory have to do surgery?

Lax LES hills grade 3 is a subjective assessment. It needs to ve correlated with your symptoms. Surgery is not always needed. Medicine can control the symptoms if they are mild. If u require continuous medicine then surgery is an alternative. Also there is also an option of Endoscopic management of ur condition without actually doing any laparoscopic surgery. Hills grade 3 are not good candidates for laparoscopic surgery.
