Lats and oblique pain
After getting myself injured at the gym in April while doing barbell rows. I was bedridden for almost 1 month the pain eventually went away after sessions from a physiotherapist but I can no longer do anything strainous . My lats and obliques feel stiff and start paining after 10 minutes of driving or exercise My lower back hurts when I try to bend and touch my feet , can it be fixed . I just want to get back into the gym :)

static contraction exercise will cause muscle spasm . do more opposite type of exercises that's strecthing exercises get ur calcium and vit d levels checked and mail me.
