I have missed my period this month and am 11 days late. Last month too the flow was less than usual. I have taken a pregnancy blood test and the results are negative.

Means you are having either pcod or hypothyroidism.Get done ultrasonography to know the condition of the ovaries ( pcod)and TSH level for hypothyroidism.With reports meet to gynaecologist and discuss with her.
