I have been 45 days late on my period, had UTI problem and got it cured.But still have not got my periods ,and had tested for pregnancy test after one week and got it negative, can you suggest me the reason why?

Maybe hormonal imbalance or hypothyroidism or hyperprolactenemia.Get done TSH level and serum prolactin level.Also get done ultrasonography to know the condition of ovaries.Meet to gynaecologist and take medicine for withdrawal.
