Asked for Female, 21 Years

Hello mam,date of my periods is 14 but today is 30,my period is not coming,last month during my periods,I washed my head due to unavoidable reasons, in first and second day of my periods,and then I experienced low blood flow,may be that is cause of late period. Previously,I never had my periods irregular,I am worry about the sudden delay in my periods. 2 months ago,I got vaccinated also,so I think may be that is the cause of late period,but after got vaccinated,in the last month, I got my periods on time,but this month,it is delayed...mam, please suggest something, what should I need to do now?
