Hello doctor, my periods are 6 days late (never happened before) and I am getting negative pregnancy results from the test kit, I had protected intercourse what can be the reason?

It is absolutely normal for cycle to vary from 21 days to 35 days.... Moreover it's your first time...please wait for a week and if no periods then repeat pregnancy test

Can be due to some minor hormone imbalance. It is totally normal if it has happened for once . Wait for another one week and repeat your pregnancy test . If pregnancy test is normal then your doctor can give you simple hormones for periods.
