19feb 2020 I delived a baby last period 30 oct n now m late in my periods with negative pregnancy test ... done 3 to 4 days b4

Post delivery, cycles may take some time to become regular. As long as pregnancy isn't there, you may wait max for 3 months. better to get a blood test done for pregnancy( beta HCG) . If value is less than 5, then you may wait for periods to come on their own.

If pregnancy test is negative then relax
Next Steps
Take Cu T insertion or Condom or pills as your baby is more than 6 months and bread feeding will no longer protect against pregnancy
