I have 11 month old baby. My periods were normal since 3 months but this month I am 11 days late on my period but pregnancy test is negative. What can be the cause...

If you are feeding your baby then lactation also can cause irregular periods ...apart from this many other causes can be there... get your self examine clinically by a gynecologist near you and accordingly investigations can be advised
