Asked for Female, 24 Years

I had unprotected sex on July and got my periods the next day and still i got my periods on August.. but this 3rd month for September my period is late by 11 days.. i even puked ones now.. i even did urine test day before but its negative...m i pregnant doctor? if i am not pregnant then why is it happening? please help doctor
