Late period and pain on right side

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I've been having dull pain on lower right side for past few weeks, sometimes when I move a certain way it's a sharp pain like I've pulled something, last month my period was really light and only lasted a few days and now this month it is late, I did a pregnancy test and it's negative. What could this be
