Every month my cycle increase ...my periods get late by 10 to 15 days ...a normal cycle is of 28 days mine crosses 35-40 days ..my age is 21 ...and i have notices i get acne whenever my periods are late

The symptoms are suggestive of PCOS. You should get your USG abdomen, S TSH, S Free Testosterone and S Prolactin done. If possible FSH and LH too
