hi there. I think you are suffering from hormonal imbalance, most probably pcod ie polycystic ovarian syndrome. you need to get tests done like tsh, prolactin, fsh, lh, insulin and blood sugar levels. also an ultrasound. till then, try to at least walk for half an hour a day, take a high fibre diet with no sugar and no fat. add proteins in your diet and drink plenty of water. revert back with reports.
