Last month my BG was high
Hi,I'm aged 28 ,my weight 110,last month i have checked my BG it was 184 on fasting and 280 on PP,Hba1c was 9.1 ,after that I done strict no carb diet only vegetables , chicken, fish and atleast 3KM walk a day without taking any medicine,after a month my Fasting is 69 and PP is 70, what should I do further ,this spike is due to being obese or any other conditions, should I go for medicine will diabetes go away if i lose another 30kg.
