Last month I was diagnosed with thyroid.
Last month I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. On July 16 2017. TSH 11.13 ,T3 and T4 were normal. My doc asked me to take 100 mcg Eltroxin. And after one month I.e august 16 i did my thyroid test again and my TSH is 0.02 t4 16.1my doc then asked me to take 75 mcg eltroxin. I have a doubt as to should I be given 50 mcg . Is it the right dosage?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. I'm sure the doctor would be knowing something more than you. There is a way dose adjustment is done. It's done in steps not like today you give 100 and tomorrow 50 . Just follow the advise and you will be fine. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
