Temp 100 and continuous coughing. Sever cold and taken Agithral500 and crocin .also TusQ-X+ expectorant but no relief. Due to severe coughing total chest is aching. Need immediate relief.

Hello. Take dresser 30 - 1 dose. And bryonia 30 - 4 times daily. Astha aid syrup two spoon thrice daily.
