Hi, blade or bladeless surgery are almost equal in providing results. More important is you opt for WAVEFRONT technology for LASIK. Bladeless is indicated in a few cases where corneal thickness is marginally adequate. WAVEFRONT is good effordable option in any city. Hope you find this useful.

Hello dear....lasik laser is safe n simple surgery....secondly...microkeratome(blade) lasik is equally good as bladefree ....bladefre is indicated in certain conditions like..if u have high cylinder number,if ur corneal thickness is borderline...regarding price..it depends on city n hospital...
There are various deciding factors to select which is best appropriate for for you. The following are some factors:
(1) Number of glasses. The cylindrical power is more costly compared to spherical power to correct. ; (2) Blade or Bladeless: All procedure in lasik are done using laser except for making a flap, which is done using Blade (keratome) or using laser (i.e. Bladeless and therefore costly). Outcomes of both are nearly equal but laser being more precise is preferable to correct number more accurately. (3) Cost: Depends on the above factors.
