LASIK Query
It has been 3 days since LASIK surgery on both of my eyes . On one day post op follow up my vision was 6/6 in both eyes. Although still I feel that my right eye is not as clear as my left eye because when I close my left eye, things seems to be slightly blurry. But on Snellen chart, I was able to read 6/6 with right and even 6/5 with left eye. Sometimes, close vision seems out of focus and it takes time to make focus. I was also diagnosed with intermittent extropia in right eye before surgery but after LASIK it seems that the angle of divergence in the right eye has been reduced slightly and eye is not so frequently divergent as it used to be before surgery. That IDS is residual childhood Amblyopia. My questions 1. Why I am experiencing these symptoms? 2. Will this infrequent extropia affect my vision in the future? 3. Why right eye is not as clear as my left eye , although the difference is very mild. 4. There is slight swelling in my both eyes, after how much timewill it stablised?

As you have mentioned right eye amblyopic I.e.the reason for less clearance in right eye. Regarding swelling it's only 3rd day .....continue post op medications as advised ,it takes time to heal.
