Smile(small incision lenticule extraction) has  almost replaced LASIK in developed country & got FDA approval but it still involves an incision to remove stromal tissue to induce refractive effect. Smile is approved  upto 10D with up to 5D astigmatism. In smile also2.5_3mm incision is created by laser to use special smile forcep to go through incision to remove the lenticule, of course smile is best but corneal thickness assessment is must for long lasting results except few problems overlap throughout life. LASIK or smile operated eyes are not eligible for Rly ,air force & army jobs.

Your glass power is high, first you should get your tests done like Pentacam which will give your corneal thickness. If you thickness is ok you can go for Femto Lasik or thin flap Lasik, but having normal parameters is most important. If thickness is not good nothing can be done. Regards

Spectacle power is not the only criteria to plan refractive surgery. However, purely based on the information you have provided you can go for most of the mentioned procedures if not all of them.
Next Steps
Eye tomography maps and acd wtw measurements to help plan the surgery and select the best suited option
