There are no reasons for you to suspect keratoconous in your case, unless you have read too much on goggle..
Your history does not suggest, number does not suggest, even topo does not have any signs ...so just wondering why you are having such doubts...
Relax ..l..go to Eye doctor, and let them take those calls, any good place near you will be able to guide you

The most important symptom/sign of Keratoconus is changing spectacle number. If the number is stable and you are not a teenage patient, you are 99.9% safe.
We need more tests besides these to ascertain 100%.
