Can i know about the laser treatment my age 23 my doctor said that after laser treatment I don't plan for pregnancy for 6 months it causes any infection

i am assuming laser In per se of Lasik / refractive correction . Then
You are misinformed madam . Laser should not be done during pregnancy/ lactation . You can happily undergo laser

If vision is constant,you may undergo Lasik surgery, if your eyes are fit.you can plan pregnency after Lasik surgery. Pl consult Ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
