Hello, as described by you if there is no cavity it is the grinding of your teeth which is occurring than there is no filling which is going to stay on that surface. You have to notice that if you are grinding your teeth in night unknowingly than get a night guard fabricated for you. And if you feel this is not the condition than such teeth will require full coverage crown with or without root canal treatment based on the condition after seeing it in a xray. So visit a dentist Thanks

No need for filling. Instead prevent further grinding of teeth by fabricating a night guard. Consult a dentist. And there is nothing like a laser tooth filling that exists
