Greetings. It definitely can be and should be done if you want it however there may be a few limitations of where it can be done around the male genitalia due to sensitive skin . It's perfectly fine and commonly done for many regularly at chest and back areas. Cost depends on the laser technology used and may vary from centre to centre and usually takes Six to eight sessions.
