Large pores ,dots,tiny pimples on breast
Im having dots on both breast skin.i am so scared about this appearance.Is this orange peel skin in breast cancer?I am having this since my delivery and breastfeeding (2021).Pics attached.Please please please reply its normal or anything serious like breast cancer.
