Large pimples on body
I have large pimples on all over body I am taking doxycycline hyclate and levocetirizine dihydrochloride and becosules And the pimples are black now but not going turning bigger day by day Before this treatment I was taking itraconosole (candiforce 200) because of the fungal infection now I don't have fungal infection but the pimples are on my hand legs chest every where No feaver no joint pain Please help

Greetings. Firstly, would suggest you to stop becosules for now. Secondly - would want to confirm if you are having large cystic acne or folliculitis and furuncles - now this would require treatment accordingly after due evaluation by a qualified dermatologist. Extensive cystic acne may need treatment with oral retinoids and discontinuation of doxcycline would be needed in that case. Also use a salicylic acid based face wash. No need on any more itraconazole if fungal infection has cleared
