Since u are done with fungal infection , no need to take anti fungal therapy anymore. Get your diabetes profile done . For acne if they are fluid filled and cystic u may need oral medication by dermatologist along with Some injections if indicated.u can also visit our website www.drsuruchipurimakeovers.com B2/31 Janak Puri, New Delhi 58 U can also visit article in times of India with link Dr.Suruchi Puri http://m.timesofindia.com/life-style/beauty/get-clean-and-clear-

Greetings. Firstly, would suggest you to stop becosules for now. Secondly - would want to confirm if you are having large cystic acne or folliculitis and furuncles - now this would require treatment accordingly after due evaluation by a qualified dermatologist. Extensive cystic acne may need treatment with oral retinoids and discontinuation of doxcycline would be needed in that case. Also use a salicylic acid based face wash. No need on any more itraconazole if fungal infection has cleared
