Large bumps on penis and scrotum
I've been having the large bumps that are really itchy and sore. They look like big pimples except they are really itchy and sometimes the surface is scratched off revealing yellow stuff. Its been there for 3 weeks. I showed a general physician and he prescribed me with fluconazole 150, cetrizine and a cream called 4 derm. Its been more than 3 weeks now and its still there. So I've stopped using the medication and stared applying apple cider vinegar 4 times daily. This has been helping a lot more than the medications prescribed. Any insights on whats going on?
