My 1.5m old baby had dark green stools hence on doctors advice we did a stool routine. it shows reducing substance present.
she is mostly breastfed and topped with Nan LoLac. we use NanLolac because she has had blood jn her stools twice. so doctor was suspecting lactase deficiency but never confirmed it.
And now this green stools.
does the report mean she has lactose intolerance? should I do reducing substance test as well?
Attaching report.

reducing substance quantity not done. It only means undigested carbohydrate . since stool is green , that is sign of infection.I advice to continue with breast feeding, add nutrolin B drops as probiotic, and ORS. Donot give any other milk except Breast feeds. you can add furoxone half tsf twice or thrice. Recheck reducing substance in stool specially quantity of reducing substances.. do blood sugar before feed, then give lactose todrink, follow it byrepeating blood sugar. ifit does notrise than it is NOT lactose intelerance. .. please consult again on video . hoping better condition. In addition to all follow hygiene strictly.

Please give breast feeding only. Stop nan lolac and all formula. That is causing green potty. Send the report which shows blood in stool. This report shows no red blood cells and no occult blood. Consult again with report.
