My wife is suffering from piles and she is Lactating mother . If she can take Himalaya pile x? If no what should be the alternative she should take?

Drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day. High fiber diet. Avoid spicy and oily food. Consume isabgol two spoons with warm water or milk at night. Do sitz bath. ( Fill a tub with warm water and mix 10% betadine liquid 5 ml and sit in it for 30 min for 3 times in a day.)

Hello, yes she can go ahead with Pilex. She can even take Syp. Dulcolax at bed time. She needs to modify her diet during this phase.
