Lack of sex desire & erre. Life back.

I was suffering from low vision disturbing mind headache cervical pain .I consulted eye doctor other too. I consulted neuro physician . I was underwent MRI of Brain and cervical. Report indicated minor prob in Brain while major issue in cervical.i was given medicine as per proscription attached. I was feeling good after taking medicines but I lost my desire of sexual life. I m having errection issue. When I masterbate then only semen gets discharged . At the time of actual sex, I loose the elasticity of penis and unable to intercourse. I m getting more tired now. I have lost the feeling of enthusiasm of doing studying, thinking, i.e. lack of anxiety to do things I liked or I used to do in past. I have attached prescription and report.
