Detail disease history is necessary along with eye examinations. Ayurveda offers a best preventive and curative management for refractive errors. Local management like eyewash, eyedrops, tarpan ( putting medicated ghee over eyes) helps to reduce eyestrain. Internal medicines, diet modification and specific eye exercises are necessary to improve eyesight. Regular intake of pure desi ghee and dry grapes can prevent the further issues.
