Hi, When the pressure in life is increased, our mind which is like an engine for our body and brain, can't work properly. Fuel should reach to brain but as we are busy and don't care, it doesn't work properly. On the other hand, brain make itself busy to find a solution without our conscious, so it works all the time for finding a solution and we can't control it. You need to stop your mind, and get the control of it in your hand and find a solution yourself, then you will feel relx and calm with so much concentration. Please consult with a psychologist/therapist as soon as possible, before thinking about medicine. Without medicine it's curable. They help you to solve all the thoughts in your subconscious mind. All the best and please take care.

Sir You can try short form of JPMR, But any excercise will take time, so don't discontinue within 15 -20 days. Else you can consult psychiatrist and take help of medications.
