I almost always feel low from inside and also not able to concentrate on one thing. I overthink very much for every situation and it's build very negativity from inside and also I feel fear from inside to initiate anything. I am living in past and future only. I am not in present. Also I have a problem of social anxiety. So that also makes me feel like I can't do anything in my life. I feel crying when I think that I will not able to do anything by having so much things going parallel in my life.
What to do?
Suggest me some yoga meditation and medicine?
