  4. Lack of concentration. At this age?

Lack of concentration
My son is 20 months old . He is hyperactive . Weight is 10 kg. He is talking whole day but meaningless words he can speak and if we want to teach him some alphabets, animals name , numbers etc he will not showing his interest on that . So he didn't gain any vocabulary only able to say mama papa nana like words. We don't give him smart phone in his hand but he is very stubborn to get that from us . Is this behaviour normal at this age?

Is he having eye contact? I mean does he look at you when you talk to him... I not better evaluate..
