Had endoscopic spine surgery 8 month ago radiating pain resolved left leg and back pain also resolved but stiffness still in back region especially when I wake up Huge stiffness in back or in right leg butt area has more stiffness Why it is happening?

Will have to start on spinal exercises post surgery to maintain your spine flexibility Kindly start doing those and start on yoga exercises as well
