Every fever is not TB but weight loss if documented can be one of the tell tale aigns of a serious cause. if cough has persisted for more than 3 weeks , get an opinion for chest x-ray. Also visit a regional DOTS centre if you want a good consultation for same. The chest specialist might also ask for sputum exam and some other tests. Dont self medicate any illness going beyond 3 -5 days at a stretch. Stay healthy!!
