Check for the diet of the child. If the child has normal diet, most likely it is due to increasing growth of the child.
If loss of appetite is present and nothing else, you can start with the medicine increasing appetite.
Detailed history and physical check up is needed to comment on appetite loss or weight loss. Weight gain is very slow at this age. There is no universal tonic which can help. Please visit a pediatrician
As at this age child will be interested in playing so he will be less interested in food .
But should physically examine the baby once show to pediatrician and follow his advice
