Kutki and chirayata
Currently I am taking kutki and chirayata for urticaria .
Wanted to take further help on how to take it correctly and its effect on doshas.

1tsf powder mixed with 1 cup of water at night and morning also filter after 10 hrs. and drink in empty stomach bid
