I started using kojic acid for pigmentation around my mouth but it caused me purging. Some say it is normal .we shall continue. Can I continue? Or stop? include any other actives?

The best way to combat skin purging is stop everything except mild cleanser and bland light moisturiser Give time of 10-15 days to heal Also note many times the base of formulation is responsible rather than the active itself Regarding what actives you should continue depends on skin goal Consider connecting for a consult Dr Akshay KS MD Skin
