I've had Right hip joint pain for 2 months. MRI says 'Osteomyelitis with septic arthritis, likely by koch's infection'.
Its been 1 week I've started Antibiotics ( R-cinex 600/ Combutol 1000/Pyzina 750).
How much should I rest/walk/walk in sunlight (or not?)/any excercise?
Also i am vegetarian, anything i should eat or not to eat?

Rest to the joint is important for recovery.
But absolute rest is also not favourable as it invites disuse muscle atrophy.
I would suggest you start with gentle passive if not active hip exercises, this enhances the synovial fluid dynamics in the joint.
There are no specific food restrictions in osteomyelitis or Koch's.
