Please get your xray with a pulmonologist. They can be old opacities if you had prior history of pulmonary tuberculosis, however you need to be evaluated throughly.

Hi If there is old history of Pulmonary Tuberculosis with appropriate treatment.... May be suggestive of healed Tuberculosis, as some fibrosis is also mentioned.
Next Steps
If you are symptomatic, sputum for AFB must be done. And consult a Pulmonologist
