My fasting sugar is around 225 daily and after food it must me 390.. do it really caused a daibetes... Or should it be cured by medicine or I can go for insulin.. plz help me in dis...

You are having diabetes and it requires starting treatment.  Mostly it will require oral medicines.i would suggest you do not delay treatment any furthur .
