Irrespective of  number of  tablets, first  achieve a  tight  sugar  control. Maintain  a  Hba1c  between  6 to  7& both  sugars  in the  range of  100 to  140. This is achieved  with  diet, exercise and  medication.. If received  ,get  CGMS ie. Continuous  Glucose  Monitoring  System  to  know the  areas  to  improve.
Next Steps
Lifestyle  modifications  and  dietary  discipline.
Health Tips
Increase  intake of  low  glycemic  index  food items to  get  satiety.

Intake of tablet is more and sugars still out of range.. That's not correct Fbs, PP both not controlled.. Will give rise to high Hba1c and lead to complications.
Next Steps
check Hba1c and consult online
