Inborn ptosis on left eye. Circular and spherical differences on the lens of both the eye, with slight downward projecting of d left eye ball as compare to the ryt eye ball ... And vision with Myopia approx .7

Ptosis covering more than half pupil is considered a disability but if you have 6/6vision with glasses then you can be considered fit for class 3and 4 .
For class one and two services maximum power limit is + -- 4 including cylinder.
