I am basically playing volleyball and running often. I feel swelling and Heaviness on my left knee. X ray was done and uric test was done. All normal.
Could you suggest some cure on this and what should be the problemm any Ligament problem?
Please suggest me on this. When i usually walk i feel lit disturbance in knee like sound.

Right handed volleyball player have more impact on left lower limb.swelling and heaviness can be due to overstress.you should get clinically examined by any orthopedician near you .give rest to your knees till then
